1. Redemption Rate & Minimum Cash-Out
- The redemption rate is 500 points = 1 USD.
- Minimum cash-out: 2,500 points (equivalent to 5 USD).
2. Redemption Method & Payment Time
- Cash redemption is issued via PayPal.
- All redemption requests will be reviewed every Friday. Once approved, the funds will be transferred to your PayPal account within 1–5 business days.
- Please ensure that the PayPal account information you submitted is accurate and belongs to you.
3. Points Categories
- Exchangeable Points: The total amount of points available for cash redemption.
- Total Points: The total historical points earned (including redeemed and unredeemed).
- Redeemed: The total amount of points that have been successfully redeemed and paid out.
- Points in application: Points for which a redemption request has been submitted and is under review or awaiting payment.
- Expired Points: Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned. When redeeming, the system will use the earliest-earned points first.
For example, points earned on January 1, 2022 will expire if unused by January 1, 2023.
4. Additional Notes
- Do not use false information or engage in fraudulent activities to obtain points. Once detected, DataRolls has the right to revoke rewards and freeze account privileges.
- DataRolls reserves the right to adjust the redemption rules or cycle based on operational needs. Major changes will be announced in advance.
